Survivors of abuse who also suffer from mistreatment by their employers often lack the resources to get help. 

We want to help them get the services and assistance they need.

The 40 hour work week is antiquated.  Employment contracts should include variables for hours, location, etc.  The hiring manager and employee should be able to agree on a custom arrangement with options for benefits
