You don’t consider “The Who Sell Out” in 1967 as progressive?

You don’t consider “Tommy” in 1969 ?

You don’t consider “Who’s Next” in 1971 as progressive ?

You don’t consider “Quadrophenia” in 1973 as progressive?

Although The Who is not considered progressive at this time (and don't really exist presently), many certainly viewed them as progressive throughout their career …
